Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One of the following minimum requirements: 7 years in a relevant trade or Journeyman Trade Certificate with experience.
• Strong ability to read schematics, manuals and blueprints.
• Ability to train and mentor apprentices.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyance systems, CNC equipment and automation.
• Responsible for machine layouts and installations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety by stopping work and reporting hazards.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform repairs to meet standards.
• Support preventive maintenance and assist in downtime analysis.
• Implement automation and control improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Program machines and develop control programs as needed.
• Instruct and coach team members to improve skills and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and processes.
