Qualifications

• Previous food service/cooking experience is necessary.
• Must be able to work independently on an overnight shift.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook and serve items from the grill.
• Prep, set up and maintain the salad bar.
• Assist in breakfast preparation for the cafeteria and patients.
• Operate the cash register and provide friendly customer service.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
