Job summary

The Wenger Group is seeking a 3rd Shift Mill Technician in Spring Glen, PA. The role focuses on grain testing, hand-adding feed ingredients, and operating production equipment while maintaining clean, safe work areas.

You will support inventory control, learn maintenance tasks, and follow FSMA and SQF standards. This full-time position offers weekend/overtime flexibility, shift differentials, and a path for professional development within a growing agribusiness.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Basic math skills.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work well with others and promote teamwork.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly and up to 100 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Milling operations and grain testing duties.
• Perform hand-adds and record medication and vitamin usage when required.
• Inventory management and upkeep of bag inventories.
• Housekeeping and equipment maintenance; follow safety policies.
