The Wenger Group is seeking a Mill Technician I to join our production team in the Northeast US. You will perform grain testing, add feed ingredients manually, and participate in inventory management and equipment maintenance while adhering to safety policies.

You will work with the Mill Manager and shift supervisors, with opportunities for training, promotions, and a year-end bonus based on company performance. Expect weekend and overtime requirements and a focus on teamwork and safe operations.

Formación

• Ability to work independently and under supervision as needed.
• Understanding of Food Safety Standards (FSMA/SQF) and state regulations.
• Basic math and record-keeping skills.
• Willingness to learn animal nutrition concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Perform milling operations and grain testing including moisture and dockage.
• Assist with hand-adds and recording medication usage.
• Maintain inventory, bagging, and housekeeping in the mill.
• Operate and navigate production software tools as trained.
• Complete required training in a timely manner.
