Job summary

TemperPack is seeking a General Laborer for the 3rd shift at our Lansing, MI facility. You will operate production equipment, assemble boxes with tape and staple guns, and support month-end inventory while maintaining area safety and housekeeping.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet for long shifts. Prior production experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and follow safety rules to maintain production flow.
• Assist with building boxes using tape guns and staple guns.
• Help with inventory at month-end and maintain area safety and housekeeping.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and meet product quality standards.
• Perform basic arithmetic for measurements and materials handling.
