Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a team member to support fulfillment and pack-out processes within the Company and Converting Department projects. The role emphasizes following instructions, collaborating with crew members, and maintaining safety in a loud, fast-paced setting.

The position offers a base pay of $18.15 per hour plus a shift differential. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in corrugated and fulfillment operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior corrugated industry experience is preferred.
• Experience in fulfillment operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow supervisor instructions.
• Work with crew in production projects.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Maximize piece-rate speed on tasks.
• Cross-train for other positions as needed.
• Submit production, machine status, safety and quality reports.
• Turn in equipment work orders and assist with maintenance.
• Adhere to the production schedule and suggest improvements.
