Job summary

Responsibilities

• Read and follow instructions provided by the supervisor.
• Work with crew in production projects.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Maximize piece-rate speed on tasks.
• Cross-train for other positions as necessary.
• Complete reports: Production Data, Machine Status, Safety Data, Quality Data.
• Submit equipment work orders for repairs and assist in maintenance.
• Switch duties with First Helper as needed.
• Adhere to policies and maintain good housekeeping.
• Support the production schedule and suggest optimizations.
