Job summary

Lignetics, INC. in Michigan is seeking a Front End Loader Operator to join our production team. You will handle material loading, quality checks, and coordination with shifts to ensure smooth daily operation.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1–2 years loader experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and multitask in a fast-paced plant environment. Shift: 6pm-6am, M-F.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years loader operation experience preferred.
• Good eye-hand-foot coordination.
• Ability to concentrate and multitask.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly; long periods of standing/sitting.
• Climb stairs to access loader; no fear of heights.
• Ability to do basic math and use basic tools; mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Mix material per specification to ensure proper blend and moisture content.
• Receive incoming loads of raw materials and separate by species.
• Inspect quality of raw material and notify leadership of defects.
• Load infeed bin per production schedule requirements.
• Conduct loader inspections and maintenance.
• Communicate status of workflow with co-workers.
• Other duties as required.
