Job summary

ATEK Metal Technologies in New Hampton, Iowa is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead the shift, drive safety, quality and on-time delivery, and develop your team in a fast-paced foundry setting.

You will coach production leaders, monitor KPIs, implement corrective actions, ensure LOTO compliance, and coordinate with planning to meet customer demands, while fostering clear communication and accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Foundry experience preferred.
• Experience with root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production leaders and team members to meet safety, quality, and production goals
• Create a safe, engaged, and accountable work environment
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to drive performance
• Ensure compliance with safety programs (including LOTO) and company standards
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause problem-solving
• Coordinate with planning and leadership to meet customer demands and deadlines
• Support training, coaching, and development of your team
• Promote strong communication between shifts for seamless operations
• Take ownership of shift performance, staffing, and efficiency
