Job summary

Kreate is seeking highly motivated Forklift Operators to join our Lima, OH facility. This permanent 3rd shift role involves moving full pallets from production lines, staging in the warehouse, and supporting shipping and operations as needed. 7pm–7am on a 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off).

You must be forklift certified, adhere to safety policies, and be able to lift up to 35 lbs. The position reports to the Process Technician and requires teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required; willing to obtain additional certifications as needed by company policies.
• Must follow all forklift safety policies and procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Able to walk, stand, and maneuver on uneven surfaces as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move full pallets from production lines to warehouse locations.
• Aid in shipping of product, including scanning and staging finished product for loading.
• Keep production lines supplied to maintain pace of production.
• Ensure proper tagging of pallets before removal from lines.
• Maintain and complete a daily forklift checklist before each shift.
• Assist with other operations as directed for production needs.
