Job summary

Relogistics is hiring a Reusable Plastic Container (RPC) Forklift Operator in DeSoto, TX. You will move containers and pallets, load/unload customer trailers, and support production across warehouse areas.

This is a 3rd shift (Fri–Sun, 6:00am–6:30pm) with $18.00/hour pay and opportunities to contribute in various warehouse roles. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, forklift certification preferred, and 1–3 years of forklift experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, lumber, welding, roofing, and/or construction is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work in a labor intensive environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted container stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment
• Forklifts must be operated with extreme care, adhering to safety procedures at all times
• Hand-sorting wooden pallets, when required
• Repairing wooden pallets using a nail gun, when required
• Maintain a clean & safe working environment
