Relogistics is seeking a Forklift Operator to move pallets and materials in our DeSoto, TX warehouse. The role supports production needs, loads/unloads trailers, and may sort pallets by hand. Hourly pay starts at $19.00, with 3rd shift options and overtime potential.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience (1–3 years) and a preference for forklift certification. Benefit offerings include time off, health coverage, a 401(k), and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• 1–3 years of forklift experience.
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work in a labor-intensive environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment.
• Operate forklifts with care following safety procedures.
• Hand-sort pallets when required.
• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
