Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Material Handler for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) at our Kansas City, MO plant. You will safely operate forklifts, move pallets, and ensure accurate inventory and on-time delivery of materials to production lines.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, stocking, weighing and labeling, and supporting the plant with reliable material flow. A high school diploma or GED and willingness to train are required; prior forklift driving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for safety and instructions.
• One month related experience or training; prior forklift driving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move materials and pallets safely.
• Unload, stack, and transport materials to designated areas.
• Maintain accurate inventories and supply production with materials.
• Weigh materials and update tags or schedules.
• Recharge batteries and support general warehousing tasks.
