Amy's Kitchen, LLC seeks a Plant Hourly Standard, on-site in White City, OR for 3rd shift (7:00pm–4:30am, Mon–Fri, every other weekend). This role handles prep for raw materials and WIPs, following SOPs and quality controls to ensure safe production of organic, vegetarian products.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass math and Literacy test successfully.
• Certified in batch sheet usage.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from Shift Lead, Lead Prep, Kitchen Supervisor or Kitchen Manager.
• Understand and follow all SOPs for Prep equipment.
• Understand and follow all standard batching procedures and techniques; weigh and measure accurately.
• Ensure correct tag labeling and storage procedures; label contents and dates.
• Maintain basic math and reading accuracy in daily tasks.
• Adhere to food safety practices and GMP guidelines at all times.
• Review transactions and report discrepancies; complete daily Shift Reports.
• Regular attendance; overtime during peak periods as needed.
