Amy's Kitchen in White City, OR is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform routine repairs on equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards. The role requires basic mechanical and electrical skills, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work 3rd shift from 10pm to 6:30am, including weekends.

You will use a range of hand and power tools, troubleshoot issues, minimize downtime, and participate in preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent; 0–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and service on equipment and facility.
• Minimize production downtime through quick response.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and lubrication.
• Develop mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills with guidance.
• Utilize a wide variety of hand and portable tools to perform assignments.
• Assist in running services to new or relocated equipment (air, water, electrical).
• Learn packaging equipment setup and changeover including tuning and adjustments.
• Follow safety rules and GMP procedures; lockout/tag out safety.
• Perform other tasks as assigned; overtime may be required during peak periods.
