Job summary

Amy's Kitchen in White City, Oregon is seeking a kitchen team member for the 3rd shift (7:30pm–4:30am, Monday–Friday, every other weekend). You will prep and cook ingredients, follow standard procedures, and coordinate with team leads to ensure batch sheets and formulations are followed, meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and company procedures.
• Report inventory or material issues to supervisors promptly.
• Perform cooking and batching according to batch sheet instructions.
• Check ingredients and in-process foods for correct texture, taste, and appearance.
• Ensure batch sheets, lot numbers, and quantities are accurately recorded.
• Label and store food and ingredients correctly.
• Monitor safety devices and report any issues to leads/managers.
• Stay compliant with food safety requirements and GMP documentation.
• Regular attendance is required.
