ManpowerGroup is recruiting on behalf of a leading foam manufacturing client for a 3rd Shift Packing Associate in Hickory, NC. You will support the Packaging and Shipping Teams in the Production Department, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with pay at $18 per hour and weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• Experience in packing, manufacturing, or warehouse roles is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work a 3rd shift schedule and maintain reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished foam products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment to customers.
• Stack and organize materials according to production specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
