Job summary

Altium Packaging in Arden, North Carolina is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate to ensure proper packaging of materials and finished products. The role loads, moves material, and operates packaging equipment while following GMP guidelines and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include monitoring lines, inspecting bottles, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting continuous production. A high school diploma is preferred; training will be provided within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience is required.
• Prefer High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I, training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Demonstrates a Teamwork attitude by working well and effectively with others.
• Adheres to company General Manufacturing Policies.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
