Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of press operator or printing-related production experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flexographic printing press to support production.
• Set up plates, dies, inks, and coatings per work ticket.
• Run job setup on press and log setup data.
• Run job per specifications and log materials used.
• Inspect printed rolls for quality, color registration, and die-cut accuracy.
• Move finished rolls to finishing and clean machine after job completion.
• Communicate issues with supervisor/manager regarding labels and dies.
• Ensure data collection for each job (materials and time).
• Perform basic troubleshooting with Press Helper and Supervisor.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and comply with safety policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement and additional training as offered.
