Job summary

Fortis Solutions Group is seeking a skilled Flexo Press Operator to produce pressure sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, hot stamp, and cold foil work. The role involves setup, quality checks, and data recording on a 3rd shift from 10:00pm to 6:00am, with training on 1st shift 6:00am–2:00pm.

Candidates should have at least three years in press operation or related production and a high school diploma. A monthly performance bonus up to $500 is available plus opportunities for safety and efficiency

Qualifications

• At least three years of press operator or printing-related production experience.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.
• Mechanical aptitude to grasp press operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flexographic press to produce labels, shrink sleeves, hot stamp and cold foil work.
• Set up plates, dies, inks, and coatings according to work tickets.
• Perform quality checks for color registration, die cut, and overall consistency.
• Log production data and material usage; ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot press issues with helper and supervisor; maintain clean work area.
