MCC Label is hiring a Press Operator for the 3rd shift to manufacture printed labels and monitor press conditions and quality. The role emphasizes adherence to safety rules, quality checks, and efficient press operation to meet customer specifications.

The position offers a $22–$32 per hour rate DOE, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and a $1.00/hour shift differential, along with a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of printing press operator experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all plant and corporate safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.
• Reports safety concerns to supervisor.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Performs make-readies per Job Ticket and Product Specification documents.
• Completes press-side quality checks and related measurements.
• Operates press to meet customer specifications while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Maintains consistent quality with attention to color, register, and ink adhesion.
• Performs equipment maintenance duties and routine housekeeping.
