Job summary

MCC Label is seeking a Flexo Press Operator for the 3rd shift (Sun. – Thur., 9:45 pm – 6:00 am) with an initial 1st shift training period (Mon. – Fri., 5:45 am – 2:00 pm).

This role involves producing printed labels, monitoring quality, and maintaining press conditions to meet customer specifications. The position offers a competitive base hourly rate with shift differential after training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience or training as a printing press operator.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.
• Report safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment through daily housekeeping.
• Perform make-ready per Job Ticket and Product Specification documents to ensure correct cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling, and anilox rollers.
• Carry out quality checks on product specifications, visuals, and functionality; complete press-side quality checks.
• Operate the press to produce products according to customer specifications while maintaining quality, waste control, and press efficiency.
