Job summary

ProFarm is seeking a qualified operator to safely run plant equipment and ensure products meet quality and quantity standards. Responsibilities include verifying raw materials, maintaining documentation, operating and cleaning equipment, and coordinating with lab staff to address deviations.

A forklift certification is required or obtainable within 30 days, and a high school diploma is necessary. The role involves 0–5% travel, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a manufacturing setting with

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year process and equipment experience in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Fermentation, Biotech or related field.

Responsibilities

• Verify proper raw materials and quantities per batch instructions.
• Accurately and neatly complete required documentation.
• Inspect, maintain, and operate manufacturing equipment per SOPs to ensure safe processing.
• Inspect in-process production and adjust as needed with routine analytical testing.
• Communicate process deviations to shift supervisor/lab technician.
• Follow equipment-specific cleaning instructions to ensure sterility.
• Coordinate with on-site personnel when required.
• Complete daily shift production logs.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Excellent computer skills; familiarity with operation software.
