Job summary

ProFarm is seeking a manufacturing operator to safely operate plant equipment, ensuring products meet quality and quantity standards. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and adherence to SOPs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification or plan to obtain within 30 days, and at least one year of process/equipment experience in related industries. ProFarm offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Forklift truck certification required or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum one-year process and equipment experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, fermentation or biotech or related field.

Responsibilities

• Verify raw materials and quantities per batch instructions.
• Accurately and neatly completes required documentation.
• Inspect, maintain, and operate manufacturing equipment per SOPs to ensure safe processing.
• Inspect in-process production and make process adjustments based on routine analytical testing.
• Communicate deviations to shift supervisor/lab technician.
• Follow equipment cleaning instructions to ensure sterility.
• Communicate with on-site personnel when required.
• Complete daily shift production logs.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Excellent computer skills; familiarity with operation software.
