Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and simple repairs on building and equipment (plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, custodial).
• Execute preventative maintenance on building and equipment and coordinate with site management.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair building and equipment; ensure daily operation of all building and material handling equipment.
• Identify safety hazards and maintain a safe work site; respond to issues and perform emergency repairs as needed.
