Job summary

JLL is seeking a Plumbing-focused Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair critical plumbing systems in industrial and commercial facilities. You will work hands-on with water distribution, drainage, and process piping, while supporting HVAC and electrical systems as needed.

This role requires 3+ years of plumbing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a journeyman license within 6 months. On-site shift is 10:00PM–6:30AM, with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial/industrial plumbing.
Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain journeyman license within 6 months.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass physical requirements.
Experience with water distribution, drainage, and process piping is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial/industrial plumbing systems.
Diagnose and resolve pipe failures, drainage issues, and water quality concerns.
Support HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation as needed.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing infrastructure and safety equipment.
Maintain CMMS logs and records to track performance and water usage.
Coordinate with contractors for major installations and replacements.
