Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a 3rd Shift Skilled Maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and supervise maintenance projects to ensure quality standards are met.

You will operate welders, ohmmeters and logic controllers, keeping precise records and responding promptly to tenant requests. Collaboration with the team is essential for efficient task completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, welding techniques, and logic controllers is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
