Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of different types of flooring and maintenance methods.

• Physical health and endurance to perform tasks and lift 40–60 lbs.
• Ability to follow simple oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine janitorial, custodial, and housekeeping duties across assigned areas.
• Carry out scheduled cleaning and maintenance in classrooms, labs, offices, and common areas.
• Follow safety procedures, handle chemicals safely, and use PPE as required.
• Maintain safe, secure work areas and support building safety operations.
• Assist with event setups, seasonal projects, grounds work, and general facilities tasks.
