Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 3rd shift fabrication and welding operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
• Manage employee performance including coaching and evaluations.
• Monitor production schedules and report progress to leadership.
• Oversee quality inspections and welding standards compliance.
• Track labor hours, production goals, and operational metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S and process improvements).
• Ensure accurate reporting for safety incidents, quality issues, and timekeeping.
