Experience in manufacturing helps, but training is provided. Basic measuring tools and computer skills are needed. A strong work ethic and detail orientation are essential in this fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production is helpful.
• Prior extrusion press experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the extrusion press safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Troubleshoot die‑related issues and help improve press performance.
