Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated operator for the 3rd shift (730PM-6AM, Mon-Thu) at the Cusseta, AL plant. You will load coils, operate a large stamping press, and ensure parts meet quality standards. Strong attention to safety and accuracy is required. ESOP benefits accompany a comprehensive package.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year in manufacturing, and solid English communication skills. Flexibility for overtime and weekend work is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• One year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level sufficient to safely and effectively perform job duties, including following work instructions, safety procedures, and company communications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor up to 1,000 Ton automatic presses to ensure quality stampings meet standards.
• Load correct coils and stamp product per JES; reference Plex production orders.
• Perform quality checks, complete inspection sheets, and document measurements.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and meet daily production requirements.
