Johnsonville Equipment Sanitation roles are technical, crucial to equipment and production floor activities. Equipment sanitation goes beyond cleanliness to prevent contamination and ensure safety. You will sanitize and document procedures to meet USDA standards and support next-shift production.

The role requires handling chemicals, lockout procedures, and the ability to work in cold/wet conditions, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and reliability on third shift.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background check.
• Ability to pass physical and post-offer testing.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare production equipment for cleaning and lock out machinery.
• Teardown equipment for sanitation.
• Handle and use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Dry clean, rinse, foam, scrub, and sanitize equipment to standards.
• Conduct swabbing and maintain sanitation records.
• Setup equipment for production and complete documentation.
• Ensure timely MSS task completion.
