Job summary

ITW ShineMark in Massachusetts seeks a Machine Operator – Embossing/Converting for the 3rd shift (11pm–7am). You will read schedules, changeovers, monitor embossing, and ensure quality while maintaining safety and efficiency on the production line.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, adjusting speeds, feeding film, performing QA checks, and collaborating with team leads. The role requires a high school diploma, forklift skills, and willingness to work overtime on weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing environment or mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read schedule to determine timing for machine changeovers.
• Align or fasten machine parts and adjust settings for embossing.
• Operate and monitor embossing/ slitting processes and perform QA checks.
