ITW ShineMark, a division of Illinois Tool Works, is hiring for a Coater – Machine Operator on the 3rd shift (11pm–7am) in a manufacturing setting. You will read schedules, run coating lines, adjust speeds and temperatures, and ensure product quality while handling materials and finishings.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and manufacturing experience; forklift exposure and cross-training are possible on other teams.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Read schedule to determine timing for solutions and changeovers at coating machines.
• Start/stop machine operation using control panel.
• Align or fasten machine parts using hand tools.
• Thread or feed film; adjust temperature, speed and flow rate.
• Inspect product and machine, adjust to specs as needed.
• Perform machine setups and imprinting/coating on film; material handling and finishing parts.
