Job summary

ITW ShineMark is seeking a Machine Operator for embossing and converting on the 2nd shift in our Newburyport, MA facility. The role requires reading production schedules, operating EM embossing equipment, and performing quality checks while handling materials and packaging tasks.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift up to 65 pounds. The position includes overtime and benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard software.
• Willingness to learn and flexibility to work in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Read schedule to determine timing for machine changeovers and runs.
• Start and stop operation of machine using control panel.
• Thread or feed film through rollers and adjust temperature, speed and flow.
