Dyno Nobel, Inc. is seeking a Lean Cell / Manufacturing Operator to assemble and package Electronic Detonators, align with Business Excellence to reduce waste and improve quality, productivity, and safety. You will solder wires, assemble detonator components, verify counts, and ensure traceability of materials.

Role requires standing for long periods, rotating weekends on 3rd shift, and willingness to undergo an ATF background check. In-house soldering certification is provided.

Formación

• Must be able to read and write English and perform basic math.
• Willing to work 3rd shift and rotating weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Willing to undergo ATF background check as required to possess explosives.
• Soldering certification provided through in-house training.

Responsabilidades

• Solder wires to electronic harnesses.
• Assemble electronic detonator components.
• Verify product counts and package per specifications.
• Perform routine inspection steps for materials used in assembly.
• Carry out tool changes, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area with traceability for raw materials.
• Assist with SAP-related tasks and recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with MQEs and maintenance for mechanical issues.
