Job summary

Dyno Nobel is seeking a Lean Cell/Manufacturing Operator in a on-site role in Simsbury, CT. You will assemble and package electronic detonators, align with Business Excellence to reduce waste, and help improve quality and safety.

Training lasts about 8–10 weeks with a starting hourly rate of $25.06 plus shift differential. Responsibilities include soldering, assembly, routine inspections, and maintaining a clean, traceable work area.

Qualifications

• Must read and write English.
• Perform basic math operations.
• Learn SAP functions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package Electronic Detonators.
• Solder wires to electronic harnesses.
• Verify counts and package per specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain organized work area and traceability of materials.
• Occasionally assist with other duties as directed by department lead.
