Job summary

Dyno Nobel is seeking an assembler for electronic detonator components in Simsbury, CT. You will solder wires to harnesses, assemble electronic units, verify counts, and prepare products for packaging.

The role requires basic math, English literacy, and willingness to work 3rd shift with rotating weekends. Training for soldering certification is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to be sedentary for the majority of the work day.
• Willing to work 3rd shift with rotating weekends.
• Able to pass ATF background check for explosives.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Certification in soldering available through in-house training.

Responsibilities

• Soldering of wires to electronic harnesses
• Complete manufacture of electronic assemblies
• Verify product counts and package according to specifications
• Perform basic maintenance and tooling changes
• Maintain clean and traceable work area; document materials
• Interface with MQEs and maintenance for equipment issues
