Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for our Flemington, NJ facility to support production operations and maintain high plant performance.

You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motors, pumps, and robotics, while contributing to continuous improvement efforts for OEE and safety. This role is on-site on 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11pm–7am) with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher AND a minimum of two (2) years of industrial maintenance experience OR a High school diploma/GED AND a minimum of four (4) years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work 3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday; 11pm - 7am).
• Two (2) year technical degree/diploma in a multi-craft technology program or higher is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment such as AC/DC drives, motors, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and related automation.
• Installing, modifying, and upgrading electrical, electronic, mechanical equipment.
• Supporting maintenance of production, converting, assembly and packaging equipment to ensure uptime.
• Participating in Continuous Improvement projects to improve OEE and plant performance.
