Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Electrical Technician for a 3rd shift. The role focuses on maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, and upgrading electrical controls and equipment across production and extrusion areas.

Responsibilities include diagnosing electro-mechanical issues, rewiring components under supervision, and assisting with machine rebuilds. Training on 1st shift with eventual transfer to 3rd shift and a $2 differential is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical design/troubleshooting or related field.
• Background in computer applications and programming (strongly desired).
• Attention to detail.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving is your thing!

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve electrical safety features of machinery.
• Diagnose basic machine problems and identify electro-mechanical problems.
• Rewire and replace electrical components of the machines under the direction of the electrical engineering staff.
• Assist in the rebuilding of machines under the direction of the Electrical Engineering staff.
• This position will train on 1st shift and transfer to 3rd. $2 differential.
