Job summary

Union Beverage Packers, LLC seeks a skilled maintenance technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on blow molders, fillers, conveyors, and palletizers. You will diagnose across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, execute preventive maintenance, and support changeovers and start-ups.

Strong safety, GMP, and documentation practices required. The role emphasizes 3rd shift coverage, heavy lifting, and hands-on work in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial maintenance or related mechanical/manufacturing background.
• Sharp troubleshooting skills with a bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduled/unscheduled maintenance for production equipment and plant machinery.
• Diagnose and repair issues across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to extend asset life.
• Reduce downtime through fast, accurate troubleshooting and repair.
• Lead changeovers, start-ups, and major mechanical interventions.
• Read and apply mechanical drawings, schematics, manuals, and technical references.
• Maintain records of work performed and communicate findings to leadership.
• Model safety, GMP, food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
