Job summary

Washington Penn is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to execute the facility's maintenance for extrusion equipment and related systems. The role aims to improve asset value, reliability, and reduce operating costs while ensuring production requirements are met.

The position involves a 2-2-3 schedule with 3rd shift and includes onboarding, attendance, anniversary, referral, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Experience with 480/120/24V control systems and 0-10V, 4-20mA instrumentation.
• 2+ years electrical maintenance in heavy manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance on facility equipment including extruder machinery.
• Log data in Maintenance Management System and complete work orders.
• Support uptime and production by reducing changeover times.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and engineering firms as needed.
• Follow EHS policies and ensure safe, compliant operations.
