Job summary

Clorox is seeking an Electrical Instrumentation and Controls Technician for the Morrisville, NC plant. You will maintain and troubleshoot all electrically controlled devices on the shop floor, perform PMs, and ensure safe, reliable operation of production equipment.

You will work Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with a $35.23–$43.05 hourly pay plus a $1.20 shift differential. The role requires PLC/SCADA experience and willingness to learn SAP PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of production/operational experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLCs and HMIs is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP PM is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily shift meetings to discuss prioritized work orders and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to maintain performance.
• Support projects with Controls Engineers from concept to completion.
• Perform emergency repairs and assist in installing new equipment.
• Document work on control systems and support process improvements.
• Educate operators on proper use of equipment and safety procedures.
