Daimler Truck North America in Mount Holly, NC, seeks anElectrical Maintenance Technician responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining plant electrical systems up to 13.2 kV. You will diagnose PLC issues, read schematics, and support continuous improvement across production lines.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (Associates preferred), four years of industrial electrical experience, and solid NEC, meters, and safety knowledge.

Qualificações

• Four years of troubleshooting electrical controls and PLCs in an industrial facility.
• Safe use of meters and gauges demonstrated.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems for plant equipment using PLCs.
• Compute circuit sizes and conduit per NEC.
• Provide electrical instruction from prints, sketches, or verbal instructions.
• Trace and sketch electrical circuit components and wiring.
• Read wiring schematics, ladder diagrams, and PLC programs.
• Document PLC program changes and related data.
• Perform mechanical tasks as needed to support equipment repair.
