McCormick & Company, Inc. seeks full-time Distribution Technicians for its Maryland Logistics Center (MLC) in Sparrows Point, MD. The ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic, solid technical skills, logistics experience, and excel at teamwork.

The Distribution Technicians report to a Warehouse Team Manager. Base Salary: $18.30-$27.44 per hour with a 10% shift differential for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu 10PM-6AM). Benefits include health plans, tuition assistance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; basic PC skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read and follow complex procedures.
• Ability to learn to operate pallet jacks and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick/pack/stage orders using RF scanner and VMC.
• Operate pallet jacks, wrappers, pallet flippers and related equipment.
• Use computerized inventory system and document safety/quality standards.
• General warehouse duties including sanitation and audits.
• Attend startup meetings and participate in special projects.
