Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Manager, Distribution (2nd Shift) for the Clayton, OH Aftermarket Parts Distribution Center. You will supervise 20-25 hourly personnel and help drive a safe, productive operation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, improving processes, managing inventory and equipment, and handling payroll and attendance to support service levels and cost control. A strong leader with operational and safety focus will thrive here.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate distribution center teams through coaching, training, and reinforcement.

• Ensure safety and compliance with daily safety meetings and proper equipment use.
• Oversee inventory management, receiving, storage, and maintenance for efficiency.
• Handle payroll, attendance, and workflow tasks to improve service levels and reduce costs.
