Hope Network / Christian Hills is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for 3rd shift. The role supports individuals in daily living, community integration, and safety across 24/7 operations.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, health management, and social participation, while building independence and a meaningful career. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid Michigan driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety 24/7 with checks as assigned.
• Assist in crisis prevention, intervention and resolution.
• Build trust through consistent, meaningful communication with individuals and teams.
• Support community participation and social/leisure activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transportation.
• MonitorVitals and relay health information to care team.
• Attend medical appointments and document care plans.
• Help implement medical/behavioral/clinical plans and document accordingly.
