Job summary

ID Technology, part of ProMach, Inc., operates a new Pewaukee facility and is hiring a 3rd shift Die-cutter Operator. You will run finishing die cutters, inspect products, and ensure quality while maintaining accurate packaging and schedules.

Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to learn new equipment are essential for success on the 6:00 PM–6:30 AM shift; benefits and growth opportunities are highlighted in the program.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or printing environments preferred.
• Willingness to operate small finishing machinery.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate finishing die cutter equipment.
• Perform rewind and inspect products as they come off press.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Package finished products according to guidelines.
• Monitor production and report issues to the Production Manager.
