ProMach, Inc. is seeking a Die-cutter Operator for 2nd shift at our Pewaukee, WI facility.

The role focuses on setting up and operating a finishing die cutter to produce high-quality flexographic label products, working collaboratively with a team and ensuring safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings attention to detail, hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment understood.
• Familiarity with operating small machinery is preferred.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet production goals.
• Good communication skills to support team success.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the finishing die cutter.
• Perform rewind/inspection to ensure product quality.
• Inspect finished products against specifications and criteria.
• Package finished products according to packaging criteria.
• Assist in set-up and maintenance of finishing equipment.
• Monitor ship list and communicate progress to Production Manager.
• Develop competency with tools, resources, and processes used daily.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and adhere to safety rules.
