Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a DC Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, loading and unloading, and palletizing finished goods. You will set schedules, monitor attendance and productivity, and coordinate with the warehouse and operations manager to meet cut-off times and distribution objectives.

The role requires 1–3 years in a warehouse setting, associates degree or equivalent experience, and bilingual skills preferred; compensation range is 62,500–83,400

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a warehouse/distribution center
• Experience with material handling, inventory tracking, and directing teammates
• Bi-lingual skills preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work schedules for warehouse staff including shipping, receiving, loading/unloading, and palletizing finished products
• Determines space needs and coordinates delivery and distribution to meet objectives and customer requirements
• Ensures equipment and vehicles are maintained and a safe, clean work environment is enforced
• Monitors attendance, productivity and performance; provides counseling as needed
• Coordinates with warehouse/operations manager and other supervisors regarding shipments and cut-off times
• Maintains records and reports (lost sales, errors, production)
• Recommends procedural changes to improve unit efficiency
